Client Operations Lead

Fully remote / Salt Lake City hybrid · ICHRA Operations · Reports to VP of Operations

Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations for the ICHRA service team, driving accountability, operational clarity, and high-quality support across enrollments, payments, autopay, onboarding, and ongoing client service.

  • Lead ICHRA team operations and own team outcomes.
  • Resolve escalations through follow-up, deadline management, and proactive communication.
  • Build workflows, SOPs, process documentation, trackers, dashboards, and KPI visibility.
  • Partner with leadership, service, sales/quoting, licensing, carrier partners, platforms, and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience leading or coordinating operations, service, account management, or benefits support.
  • Strong organization, communication, documentation, and accountability coaching skills.
  • Experience with workflows, SOPs, CRM/case-management tools, and systems-heavy environments.

Renewal Coordinator

Full-time office role · Broker team support

Service

Support broker teams by performing high-level administrative renewal work that protects GBS Benefits’ reputation, client experience, and operational excellence.

  • Manage renewals of employer-based employee benefit packages.
  • Request carrier information including bills, censuses, rates, and summaries.
  • Ensure plans and carriers are quoted and accurately displayed on client spreadsheets.
  • Communicate renewal decisions, complete group applications, submit termination letters, and document notes in BenefitPoint and Monday.com.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Marketing

Own and advance GBS Benefits’ digital presence across channels, supporting growth, brand strength, sales enablement, client teams, and measurable digital performance.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email, web, paid, and organic digital campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing, journeys, segmentation, website content, lead generation, and optimization.
  • Track digital performance, run A/B testing, analyze ROI, and translate data into recommendations.
  • Partner with Social Media, Sales, Client Services, Leadership, and Marketing leadership.

  • 3–7+ years of digital marketing experience; B2B preferred.
  • Hands-on email marketing platform, CMS, analytics, SEMRush, and ActiveCampaign experience.
  • Strategic and execution-oriented, organized, proactive, collaborative, and clear in communication.
  • Typical schedule is 8am–5pm Monday through Friday with hybrid flexibility.

Carrier Operations Coordinator

Operations

Coordinate internal carrier-related processes including licensing, commissions, materials library, employee training, and access so carrier information is accurate and accessible.

  • Maintain broker and agency appointments, licensing, ExamFX access, and employee carrier portal access.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of carrier rules, guidelines, updates, materials, and internal documentation.
  • Support Sales and Operations teams with accurate carrier information and documentation.
  • Research new carriers and state-specific insurance rules to support onboarding and expansion.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service minded, and collaborative.
  • Utah Life, Accident & Health license required or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; 2–5 years employee benefits experience preferred.
  • Technically savvy and proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
